1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fp999 ("fp999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform available at fp999.vip ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Platform including account registration, gameplay, sports wagering, bonus participation, payment processing, and all other services provided by fp999.

fp999 operates under an international gaming licence. Players are individually responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. fp999 does not make any representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

These Terms should be read alongside fp999's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that apply to individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

fp999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

All communications from fp999 to Players, including support interactions, bonus notifications, account alerts, and policy updates, are conducted in English. The Platform is designed and operated in English, and the English version of these Terms is the authoritative version for all purposes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

Use of the fp999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. 18+ By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. fp999 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds deposited will be returned (less any amounts withdrawn prior to discovery), and no winnings will be paid out.

fp999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by fp999's support team will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

fp999 is designed primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. fp999 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law, and reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts where it determines that a Player is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the fp999 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any bonus funds and pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the fp999 Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money gameplay, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to provide only truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

fp999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with international anti-money laundering standards. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point where fp999 deems verification necessary — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account registered to your name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

fp999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Documents must be submitted in English or with an English-language certified translation. fp999's KYC team will review submitted documents within 48 hours and notify you of the outcome via the email address registered to your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fp999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fp999 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fp999 support immediately via live chat. fp999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fp999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and domestic bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fp999 does not accept cryptocurrency or international card payments at this time.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by fp999, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your fp999 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. fp999 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Where a third-party deposit is identified, fp999 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and close the account.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. fp999 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability, scheduled maintenance windows, or the status of KYC verification on the account.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays. fp999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at any time, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be notified via email or live chat if a withdrawal is placed under review.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

fp999 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. Any Player whose account activity is flagged as potentially suspicious under fp999's anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring processes will have their account suspended pending investigation. fp999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and may be obliged to disclose account information in the context of a lawful investigation, without notifying the Player concerned.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fp999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses). Bonus terms are stated in full on the Bonus page and in any promotional communication relating to the specific offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer. Real-money funds deposited to an account are used before bonus funds when calculating wagers.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for fp999's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only, on their first deposit. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once are in breach of these Terms and will have all accounts closed with balances forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fp999 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using bonus funds exclusively on low-contribution game types with the intent to withdraw without genuinely engaging with the platform, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to hedge bonus wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional errors. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances forfeited without recourse.

5.4 Promotional Changes

fp999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time a promotion is withdrawn will remain valid subject to their original terms. fp999 will not be liable for any loss arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotional offer.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Player Obligations

By using the fp999 Platform you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform
• Use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with any third party
• Promptly notify fp999 support of any suspected unauthorised access to your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling
• Acknowledge that all gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit
• Use the Platform's responsible gaming tools where you feel your play is becoming problematic

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fp999 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer games
• Engaging in match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or any activity that constitutes sports fraud
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening fp999 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location

Any breach of the prohibitions listed in Section 6.2 will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances including real-money funds and pending withdrawal requests. fp999 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fp999 Platform — including but not limited to the fp999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of fp999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without fp999's express prior written consent.

Game content is provided to fp999 under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain with the respective original developer. fp999 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fp999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds or winnings due to technical failure, disconnection, or error
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Inaccurate odds published as a result of a manifest error (see Section 8.1)
• Loss of access to the Platform during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials

8.1 Manifest Errors

In the event that fp999 publishes an obviously incorrect price, odds, or game outcome due to a technical error or human mistake ("manifest error"), fp999 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and refund the original stake to the affected Player's account balance. fp999 will not be liable for any profit the Player expected to receive based on a manifest error price or outcome.

8.2 Service Availability

fp999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. fp999 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability regardless of the cause.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your fp999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and the completion of KYC verification where not already on file.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use fp999's self-exclusion tool, which prevents re-registration during the selected exclusion period. 9.2 Suspension or Closure by fp999

fp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe
• Account activity that is flagged under fp999's AML monitoring procedures
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software
• Bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.3
• A regulatory requirement or legal obligation necessitating account closure

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity or a material breach of these Terms, fp999 reserves the right to withhold all account balances pending investigation. Where law enforcement authorities are involved, the resolution of any related investigation may delay or prevent the return of funds.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fp999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fp999's internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

10.2 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the fp999 service, you should first contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. fp999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. Where a complaint requires investigation — for example, a disputed game outcome or a delayed withdrawal — the resolution timeline may be extended and you will be kept informed of progress throughout.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

In respect of disputed game outcomes, fp999's server-side game logs constitute the authoritative record of all game transactions and will be used as the primary evidence base in any dispute resolution process. Outcomes displayed on a Player's device that differ from server-side logs are attributable to client-side display errors and the server-side log will prevail in all cases.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with fp999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and fp999 in respect of the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, understandings, or agreements whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
